RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- You have 15 days to proceed with the change/return of your order. In the Christmas campaign, orders placed after November 15 will have until January 15 to proceed with the change and/or return.
- For changes or returns of orders served outside of Spain including the Canary Islands, the client will assume all the expenses that this process may cause.
- Blueblue Chihuahua is only responsible for the first change/return, the rest will be borne by the client.
- Contact us in the days after your purchase, by email and inform us of your intention to return/exchange the product. You must tell us at all times the order number to which the exchange/return refers.
- If you intend to carry out the process ofsize change either return you must notify us in email@example.com or to our contact telephone number via WhatsApp.
- When we make a change, Blueblue Chihuahua takes care of the entire process, sending a messenger to the address you indicate. That courier will deliver the new product you want and in turn will carry a label inside the package, which you will have to stick on the package you want to return and deliver it to the same delivery person to send us the merchandise.
- Once you have notified us of your intention to return, Blueblue Chihuahua will manage the entire process, sending an email to the contact you indicated when placing the order. You will have to bring the package to the nearest Post Office or the one that best suits you.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, once reviewed and accepted, it will be returned in the same way that the payment was made.
